clients access their accounts using YOUR domain name.
Your clients will have no way of tracing the service
back to us, allowing you to set your own pricing levels.
RESPONSE TRACKING REPORTS
Includes graphical management reports displaying clickthrough
responses and unsubscribes for each campaign. Clickthrough
respondents, sorted by URL clicked, can be downloaded
following a campaign. Multiple report screens allow you to view click responses in various formats.
FULLY CUSTOMISABLE
You have total control over the look and feel of all
emails and client facing pages. We never display any
third party banners, nor will email addresses be shared
with anyone else. All emails sent from the system
can be configured with the client's own "FROM" and
"REPLY TO" fields.
HTML OR TEXT EMAILS
Use your creative skills to produce rich HTML email
newsletters, without having to worry about text only
email clients. Our system sends emails in multipart
format, so will automatically be read by HTML, text
and AOL clients alike. There is no need to maintain
separate HTML and text only lists.
AUTOMATIC BOUNCED EMAIL REMOVAL
We take care of bounced or invalid email addresses,
as they are automatically removed, helping to keep
lists clean. We allow each email 4 bounces before
it is removed from the list, to cater for situations
where accounts have been temporarily suspended eg.
Hotmail users.
ENTERING SUBSCRIBERS
The subscriber signup procedure can be handled in
two ways :-
1) Via subscribe forms that can be placed within your
clients' web site.
2) Via an upload utility to import data in bulk files.
Use response forms and scripts on your own server to capture email addresses and personalisation data straight into your account. We provide you with the HTML to drop into your pages, or allow you to POST form data directly from your script.
UNLIMITED PERSONALISATION
Adding a personal touch to your emails can do wonders
for the conversion rate! Our system allows you to store forename and surname as well as an unlimited number of extra definable personalisation fields within your account for use in outgoing emails. "Hey Bill" at the top of the
email will grab Bill's attention far more than "Dear
Customer"!
AUTO UNSUBSCRIBE
Our system includes a URL in all emails that allows
a user to unsubscribe automatically. Furthermore the
unsubscribe URL has been optimised to avoid inadvertent
unsubscribes and at the same time is very straightforward,
eliminating user problems during the unsubscribe process.
REFER A FRIEND
Utilise this optional feature when sending emails to allow recipients to refer others to your website/email list. This powerful feature can be used to great effect in boosting subscriber lists.
CREATE E-BROCHURES
The system sends an optional welcome email to new
subscribers - use this creatively as an instant e-brochure
containing relevant sales information. This is ideal
for people that haven't got time to look around your
site and want a summary to read later. They will also
have a point of reference for you in their inbox.
DOUBLE OPT-IN
If required, use the confirmed double opt-in subscribe method to ensure accuracy of subscriber data. The date stamp and IP address of the subscriber are captured to ensure your compliance with all current email legislation. Please note that double opt-in is an optional feature only, and you can still use single opt-in.
EMAIL MESSAGE TEMPLATES
Save your own email messages as templates which you
can use and edit over and over again, or create a
new message for instant delivery each time.
HTML EDITOR
The system includes an online HTML editor for making quick changes to existing HTML templates, or to create new ones.
DOWNLOAD YOUR DATABASE AT ANY TIME
Simply download your database of subscribers as a
CSV file at any time. Useful if you keep an offline
contacts list.
SENDER ID COMPATIBLE
We can make available to you IP addresses and domains of mail servers to add to your SPF record, ensuring full compliance with the Sender ID framework.
SIMPLE ADMINISTRATION
Our easy-to-use web based admin system is very straightforward.
Your clients have their own unique login and passwords
for "self-servicing" their accounts if required.
CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION
You can split your data into multiple lists - for
example a special offers list, a Christmas email list,
a latest news list etc, as well as an "all" list.
Send targeted emails to specific interest groups.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
All customer data held within the client's account
is under sole ownership of the client. We do not sell,
share, or rent this information. Security is a high
priority for all applications and data held on our
servers. We make use of a sophisticated firewall solution
(our firewall systems are certified to the ICSA Firewall
Standard), and maintain internal network partitioning
to ensure all data is accessible only from machines
essential to the operation of the service. Operating
systems and anti-virus software are constantly upgraded
in line with vendors' updates and security patch releases.
Client passwords are stored in encrypted format within
the database.
EXCELLENT BACKUP AND SUPPORT
We offer free, unlimited telephone and email support
within working hours of 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. Outside
those times all systems are monitored 24/7 by at least
2 engineers. Our support staff can assist you with
any technical issues or general queries. We are very
responsive and treat all customer queries with a sense
of urgency.
